Description:

The CPVC arrestor has been designed to protect the fittings and joints from the destructive hydraulic shock caused by quick closing solenoid valves - valves often found in commercial industrial applications.

  • All sizes manufactured from Schedule 80 material.
  • Pigmented CPVC conforms to ASTM Standard 1784 for materials and F-411 for pipe.
  • CPVC (Hi-Temp.) = Type IV Grade 1 = 4120 = Cell classification 23447-B.
  • Max operating pressure 100 PSI.
  • Max temperature 100°F.

Application:
Acids, petroleum products, corrosive fluids, distilled and triple distilled waters, or where high temperature fluids (not to exceed 100° F) may be present.

Normal operating pressure 0 to 80 PSI spike pressure Not to exceed 150 PSI.

TEMPERATURE: +40°F to 100°F Maximum (-4.4°C to +37.7°C)
INSTALLATION:
May be installed in new or existing plumbing systems with a standard pipe tee. No access panel required (Consult local code).
